So tonight I tried to log into LF to update the shipping status of an overseas order when I discovered, to my horror, that the site was down. I scrambled to my host FTP and scanned the files for recent activity (fearing that it'd been hacked somehow) but didn't find anything. I attempted to log into the site again: NOTHING! Freaking out completely at this point, I dug up some configuration files to make sure everything matched, and when it did, I decided to just give my hosting service a phone call. Fortunately they're there 24/7 and the answer really calmed my nerves: they're updating some databases and tonight I'm on the grid they're working on. Apparently it takes only a couple hours so it'll be up again soon.
But seriously, I almost had a heart attack there.
